Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be placed before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Perfume and Eau De Parfum products.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or leaking product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Perfume/Eau De Parfum must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
  • Products showing opened seals, leakage, or signs of use will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
  • Customized, personalized, or gift-set perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color, fragrance intensity, or packaging are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
